Hold The Novel is an event that aims to place the spotlight on original, new writing in India in genres other than the novel through a series of readings. The event is initiated and curated by the fiercely independent publishing house and book store YODAKIN.

Well known and debutante writers will be invited to read from their most recent works, from short stories, plays, screenplays and essays to travel writing, flash fiction, reportage and more. The thematic focus will be on Hidden Corners of the City: Ideas and Spaces.
