After the grand success in Mumbai and Bangalore, the Indo-German Urban Mela is coming to Chennai this August. It was quite a challenge, running a show of such scale and impact. With dedicated, young and enterprising volunteers, it all came together smoothly.
Now, it’s time to call for more of such support for Chennai. All you bright and budding professionals who want to acquire live experience in Event Management, this could be a stepping stone! Despite professional support backing up every organisational aspect of the activities, we feel that it is the commitment and enthusiasm of volunteers that gives the event that additional joie de vivre!

Please note: With an INVITATION to the Orientation/Briefing Session on August 18, 2012 at 3.00 pm (Place in Chennai, tbc), you will be selected to volunteer at the Urban Mela in Chennai. Only with your confirmation to be present at the Orientation/Briefing Session + your actual attendance on August 18, 2012, will a position as an Urban Mela Volunteer in Chennai be guaranteed.
