About Ada

A DJ and producer from Hamburg, ADA is on Pampa Records. Her most-recent album made it to several "Beat Of" lists of electronic music in 2011. This graceful German singer-producer just released her astonishingly good debut album, “Blondie.” She loves to push her house-inspired music in two directions at once, and the resulting tracks sound both ultra-diluted (lots of blurred, misty computer sounds drifting in and out of the mix) and ultra concentrated.

About Daniel Haaksman

The DJ, producer and label head Daniel Haaksman entered the world stage with the release of his 2004 compilation “RIo Baile Funk Favela Booty Beats” on Essay. He has travelled the world as a DJ with his CD booklet, playing a club friendly mix of baile funk, kuduro, raved-up samba, 3ball, ghetto house, and UK funky. In 2011 Daniel released his debut album “Rambazamba“. In 2012 the album is followed by “More Rambazamba“ – with various remixes of his debut album. This year will see Daniel take the tropical sound to another level.

Few individuals can claim to have done as much for musical exchange across the globe as DJ, producer and label head Daniel Haaksman. Haaksman started Man Recordings to give the sound of Rio De Janeiro the Berlin treatment, and it remains the only label outside Brazil that releases baile funk. The DJ travels the world with his tropical sound, playing a club-friendly mix of baile funk, kuduro, raved-up samba and UK funky.

Daniel Haaksman simply knows no musical rules, except for one: A DJ has to rock the party!

Coma

Cologne. Coma - made up of Marius Bubat and George Conrad - combine new rave and old-school techno, 80’s pop and 2k-modernity rock. An amazing live act, this duo break the barriers between club culture and live concerts, and have just released a record on the influential Kompakt label. Their debut 12" on Kompakt has been played on heavy rotation by German techno DJs Tobias Thomas, Sascha Funke and Superpitcher.

Nucleya

Delhi. A co-founder of the Bandish Projekt, Nucleya’s made it on the playlists of BBC Radio 1 and has performed at music festivals from Glastonbury straight through to Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Lille 3000 and the Electron Festival, where he performed alongside artists like Diplo and Modeselektor.

Jitter

Delhi. Jitter began producing music in 2003, and has since worked with artists such as Anoushka Shankar, Cheb I Sabah, Karsh Kale and the Midival Punditz. His influences come from a wide spectrum of artists and range from Indian classical, electronica, rock, psy-chill, trance, techno and ambient.
